By creating an account or using Synq ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You authenticate via Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure. You may not share your account or use it for unlawful purposes.
Premium plans are billed monthly ($9.99/mo) or yearly ($99/yr) by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing. Refunds are at our discretion; contact support within 7 days of charge to request one.
If you connect Google, Synq reads (read-only) your Calendar events and Gmail messages matching shipping keywords. We do not send email or modify your calendar. You can revoke access anytime from Settings → Disconnect, or directly at Google Account → Apps with access.
The AI assistant ("Synq Assistant") uses Anthropic Claude to generate responses based on a snapshot of your tasks, events and packages. Output may be inaccurate. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, or financial decisions.
You may not abuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, exceed rate limits, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app.
